Fueguia 1833 is dedicated to your satisfaction; we accept returns of unopened and unused artisanal fragrances within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the botanical nature of our ingredients, items must remain in their original sealed cellophane packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Await Authorization

  Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality standards; once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened product in its original box with all protective materials to prevent damage to the glass flacon during transit.

  Refund Processing

  Upon receipt and inspection of the item at our laboratory, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
